Our Trenton, Georgia location is growing! We are currently looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our HR team.
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews - Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries - Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records - Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution - Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies - Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations - Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Experience:
- Previous experience using HRIS systems such as Taleo, Salesforce, Dayforce, iCIMS, Oracle PeopleSoft, or similar platforms is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note:
