As a member of our team, the School Based Client Support Specialist will provide skills-based services to assist clients and families in meeting identified goals (example:
coping skills education, parenting skills training, etc.
) and link families to resources in the community, based on needs Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field (Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Education etc) OR 2 or more years of related experience Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word Ability to navigate online electronic medical record system (CareLogic) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency employees Health Connect America is a multi-state, community mental health, behavioral health, family preservation, and therapeutic foster care services provider.
